Tonight Nicole (Nicole Everson Photography) was showing me some new hats she got with her webcam when her little girl joined her. So, of course, my little boy wanted to see what was going on. He kept watching her but, we don't have a webcam so we took a pic of ourselves and sent it to them through the instant messenger!
Phew, all caught up! Not going to get that behind again!!
Today, (well not today since I'm posting late but, on the actual day 26) my teacher was late to class because of the snow. He drives two hours to come teach us and he has to drive down curvy, hilly, and sometimes gravel roads in order to get to us. Well, he got there a half hour later and comes in excited asking if we have our boots on so we can go to Anderson Falls to take pics so that we can take advantage of the great overcast! Well, I went. I played with my 50mm while I was there and got some great selective focus shots. This one is my favorite!

This is something I did in class today. We were only allowed one light source and as many reflectors and diffusers as needed. This is the artistic shot (we also had to do a catalog shot). It's an M for Melissa.
